Very late in the day of my girlfriend's birthday (after having my online flower delivery ordered cancelled by an online florist) I reached out to Bella Blooms in a desperate attempt to save me! Ernest was wonderful!! He was very helpful in giving us suggestions to make our floral arrangements perfect for my daughter’s baby shower. Bella Blooms to the rescue! I called the morning of my son's prom in a panic. The corsage that I had ordered and picked up, from a different florist, was brown and not usable. The Bella Blooms associate that answered the phone quickly reassured me that they could make me a corsage ASAP to replace the one that was unusable. They had the corsage ready to be picked up within 2-3 hours and it was beautiful!!! I can't say enough how much I appreciate Bella Blooms for saving the day when another florist dropped the ball. Susan at Bella Blooms made our wedding bouquet, flowers for wedding cake and boutonnière. We met with her and combined our choices with her extensive knowledge of flowers, colors etc. Our order was ready on time and it turned out to be even more beautiful than we expected. My bouquet was gorgeous with my dress and the colors we used at the wedding. I absolutely recommend this florist for all your floral and plant needs. The staff who work in the shop and answer the phones are fantastic!!!

This florist was very friendly and even offered to take a picture of my arrangement so I could see it since I couldn't attend the funeral service of my dearest friend's mother. Very accommodating florist. Would use them again if ever needing to send flowers in the Lexington, Kentucky area.

This is my now my family florist! They opened up for me on Memorial Day so I could get a saddle arrangement. It wasn't easy to choose one because they were all beautiful. I've also had flowers delivered through them and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!

At the end of the day, they not only pleased the recipient- they went above and beyond. I will pay for the order and will use them exclusively in Lexington because of their amazing customer service! I updated to 5 stars and would give this business a 5 PLUS!! Ordered via the phone. I love the plants they chose, not a fan of the pink daisies. I explained my brother had passed away a year ago today and I was sending this to my mom to let her know I was thinking of her. I wanted silver or light purple. The pink leave me a little flat. I feel like white would have looked better in the basket or something that matched the bow. Arrangement was $50 and delivery $12. The lady was very nice when I called and was willing to text me a picture lol f the arrangement. She told me to have a nice day or something like that when the call ended. I probably would have said something less cheery given the circumstances of why I called, but she likely reverted to the standard goodbye she used. When ordering from a different location I always read the reviews and look at pictures and try to make decisions on what folks write. This location had a lot of glowing reviews.

Lauren is super friendly and super helpful. Went out of her way. Will use them anytime I need to send something in Lexington.

Not only did they answer the phone on a snowy day when every other florist in town was closed... but they also helped me out in a tough situation! Ordered flowers to deliver to Saint Joe HospitalI Was out of town but received call related to delay because of weather and unable to deliver to the hospital. Was very willing to do full refund but I chose to pick a delivery date to the persons home and was so glad I did! Flowers arrived as he made it home from the hospital and are stunning! I ordered over the phone from out of town and was very pleased with the staff's accommodating a same-day delivery, ordered mid-afternoon. They were very helpful in my purple flower color selection, and even sent a photo before delivery! The recipient was thrilled, and the purple butterfly was a special treat! As a side-note, we had traveled to the shop in the past, after confirming availability of very large, imprinted wind chimes that weren't available at our local florists. The staff was very friendly and helpful at that time also. They decorated the wind chimes with a beautiful bow for presentation, instead of just handing us a box. It's nice to be treated as a valued customer. I'll be back!

I called Bella Blooms for an out of town funeral and spoke with Cher. She was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and didn’t bat an eye when I tried to describe what I wanted, not knowing a single thing about flowers. She took her time, and kept me updated on what she was working on, including sending me a photo knowing I couldn’t attend the service. I’ve had to do this before in other towns and quite honestly was let down when I saw photos sent from a family member. She made sure to spend every penny wisely and created the most gorgeous, full arrangement. When someone in your life passes away, the last thing you want to do is deal with the extra “stuff.” Bella Blooms really came through.
